Our mission
We are now looking for an Associate or a Senior Associate to join our Mergers and acquisitions practice. We are looking for candidates with three to six years of experience.
Your role
Our team is dedicated to advising clients on their most complex and demanding M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Our commitment to professionalism, commercial insight, and client success is reflected in our consistent Tier 1 rankings and recognition in leading legal directories.
Your role will involve coordinating and assisting in both private and public M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating a broad range of transaction documents, coordinating due diligence reviews, and actively interfacing clients and other members of the deal team. You will work in close collaboration with other members of our transaction and project teams and generally contribute to the development of our firm.

You may be the person we are looking for if:
You share our values of providing first-class service while having fun doing it. You are excited about project work, understand the essence of teamwork and treat everyone with respect. To succeed in this role, you hold a Master of Laws degree and have approximately three to six years of relevant experience from similar work in law firms. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite as our work has a strong international angle.
