Your role will involve assisting in all parts of transactions and projects, conducting and coordinating due diligence, drafting and assisting in negotiating a broad range of documents and interfacing with clients and authorities. In addition to your work in real estate, you will also be involved in mergers and acquisitions matters. This includes supporting M&A transactions and participating in cross-practice collaboration with other members of our transaction and project teams and generally contributing to the development of our firm.

Our ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Law and some experience in similar work in law firms (either through traineeships or post-graduation work). Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite as our work has a strong international angle.
