What would your days look like?

As an Office Trainee your main duties include diverse office work, for example:

• Helping with client meetings and welcoming guests 
• Catering and setting up conference rooms
• Arrangements for different kind of events – both external and internal
• Assisting with general office tasks e.g., making sure overall appearance of the office remains tidy

Who are we looking for?

Our Office Trainee positions are designed for BBA or law students who are at the early stage of their studies. This is a part-time position, 2–3 days a week.

An excellent approach to customer service and a can-do attitude are prerequisites for this position, and an eye for aesthetics is considered an advantage. We also value candidates with a proactive way of working and who are eager to learn. To succeed in this role, you should have fluency in Finnish and English – Swedish skills are considered an asset.
